Graham has worked for Groundwork in the East Midlands, Greater Manchester and London for 18 years. He has developed and managed projects that assist long term unemployed people back into work. A key component of this work has been in the establishment of Intermediate Labour Markets and jobs with Social Enterprises, particularly within the green sector.
