Nick joined Savills in 2013 and has a bachelor degree in engineering and a masters in real estate. He focuses his work around asset performance evaluation working with both housing associations and local authorities. Nick leads the development of our asset performance model and continues to find ways to improve the model to ensure it delivers results clients require and meets changes in government policy.
