Andrew has spent the last 20 years helping organisations to realise their people full potential through developing their leaders and people to focus on the organisations goals. His work ranged from large scale change interventions with organisations such as Virgin Atlantic and Vauxhall to smaller team based solutions with the BBC and Aircelle.

As senior consultant for the Great Place to Work Institute he advised many of the UK’s top organisations on how to build Employee Trust through effective leadership and create environments that foster change as a process and a culture.

The last 12 months have seen significant development in the Property Care team through the “ Lets make it our Business “ approach which is focused on personal accountability for business performance at all levels.

Andrew graduated from Warwick Business School with an MBA and is a Graduate of the CIPD. He also works as an associate consultant for Ashorne Hill Management Development Collage based in Leamington.
