Andrew has over 35 years of experience working within the Construction industry, 15 years general contracting and over 20 years in Social Housing, most of those 20 years have been at Director level and over 3 years currently at Executive level. The 20 years within social housing he has delivered Strategic, Operational, Compliance and facilities requirements. His Executive role has given him the opportunity to effectively work with, and report to Boards and Committees.

Andrew’s Contractor and Social housing transferable attributes at a Strategic and Operational level, has enabled him to turn poor performing contracts into externally recognised leaders in safety and Compliance with the focus also on financial modelling and Customer satisfaction. Whilst adopting an inclusive Leadership style coupled with a Commercial approach has resulted in a successful management of relevant structures and budgets delivering high performing, cost effective service to customers.
