Wayne currently works at SLH Group as Executive Operations Director, he is a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) and member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (MCIH), with over 19 years experience working in the social housing sector.

Wayne has responsibility for 70 staff delivering or supporting all customer facing and neighbourhood services.  With a key remit focusing on continually revitalising and improving service delivery and quality, whilst maximising income generation, operational efficiency and long term sustainability of SLH neighbourhoods. 

Wayne is also responsible for asset management, investment and development, as well as the lead director for social enterprise and commercial business activity delivered through SLH’s commercial subsidiary.
