Their work combines innovation, data, and design to tackle housing challenges such as damp and mould, fuel poverty, and energy inefficiency. HealthyHomes delivers large-scale home health assessments and improvement services. ZapIQ is their patented IoT sensor and AI platform for predictive housing analytics. Zypho provides patented wastewater heat recovery technology that captures and reuses energy that would otherwise be lost down the drain.

As Managing Director, Dale leads ZapCarbon’s commercial and strategic direction across R&D, product development, marketing, and customer success. His focus is on turning technical insight into scalable, evidence-based solutions that deliver measurable financial, environmental, and social impact.
