James has worked in the construction industry for 17 years, across all sectors with a focus on the residential sector for the last 8 years. James has been instrumental in developing RLB’s response to the Building Safety Act and the Secondary legislation released under its umbrella.

He continues to guide the organisation by identifying and implementing the means to develop the required skills and behaviours. He works with several public and private sector organisations supporting them in articulating and applying appropriate management systems.
