Daniel’s vast experience in the housing sector has included acting for a registered provider in an assignment of a long term framework agreement, transfers of undertakings and outsourcing agreements involving national and multi-national organisations. He has also advised on a transfer of engagement involving a RP, as well as advising on establishing a group structure for an RP setting up a property develop

Daniel has experience of advising housing associations, local authorities and other public bodies on a range of corporate and commercial issues including procurement and contractual matters, intellectual property, data protection, banking and corporate finance and major ventures and transactions. He regularly advises on the application of the Public Contract regulations and the general EU law applicable to procurements outside the regulations.
