Steve joined Mears in 2009 and is Head of Business Improvement responsible for developing Net Zero Carbon transition plans across the Group and supporting our clients to deliver their decarbonisation priorities. Steve also supports our colleagues, clients and branches to embed continuous improvement across services we provide.
