Joanne is a Senior Policy and Practice Officer at the Chartered Institute of Housing, and also manages the team of four National ASB Advisors (delivered in partnership with the CLG). Joanne currently sits on a number of Government department and agency steering groups, including the CLG and Home Office.

 Prior to joining the CIH Joanne has more than 20 years experience of housing management gained in both LA and HA environments.
