Steve has over 20 years experience as an executive director of two of the largest RPs. His career started at Notting Hill Housing Group where he became Deputy Chief Executive with responsibility for customer services. Prior to this Steve ran the Group's shared ownership subsidiary and pioneered mixed and flexible tenure. More recently Steve was Group Director of Development and Sales at Genesis, leading a programme of 3500 new homes a year and £100m sales programme. He also delivered the first Group wide asset management strategy. He is now Director of Takeparts a company he co founded which is supplying high quality and durable building components to the affordable housing sector.
