Rhiannon is an experienced operations professional working in the social housing sector. In her dual role as Interim Deputy Secretary of the NHMF Service Provider Forum and Operations Coordinator at M3, she plays a key role in delivering high-quality training, events, and best practice initiatives for housing providers and contractors.

Rhiannon is actively engaged in sector-wide collaboration, serving as a member of both the WISH South West network and the NHMF Training and Skills Working Group. She holds a CIPD qualification in People Practice and is deeply committed to continuous learning, partnership working, and driving service improvement across the housing sector.
