4A Successfully Developing a Wholly Owned Subsidiary

The session will consider the reason why United Welsh decided to develop a Wholly owned Subsidiary, one of only 3 in the country, that went live in March 2013 and the progress so far in delivering cost effective tenant centred services.

The session will  cover the reasons why United Welsh  chose  the Wholly Owned Subsidiary approach for delivery of its estate based services. It will provide details of the use of Competitive Dialogue through the procurement process, the mobilisation process for 12 work  streams over 15 weeks ,and look at what we have learnt through the process as well as consider whether we have  met our original objectives.
