Main focus will be the retrofitting of a social housing complex into the first renovated high-rise building worldwide that meets the passive house standard. The project was completed in 2011. Because of its location in a deprived area a special focus was put on social participation with the aim to increase tenant satisfaction and reduce anti-social behavior.
Other topics will be refurbishment with tenants staying on site during the works and tenant-owned kitchen equipment.
