Maintaining healthy indoor air in homes is now a hot topic for every housing provider, for all the wrong reasons! In 2018, a workshop at the NHMF Conference made an important contribution to research into how to maintain effective ventilation. This workshop will share what that research found and will bring the issue bang up-to-date, in the light of the Rochdale Coroner’s report and the energy cost crisis. The research proposed three calls for action by housing providers and identified eight lessons to consider.
