Jeanette and Fallon will share their experience of completing decarbonisation retrofit programmes, focusing on the challenges and lessons learnt to date. The session will also offer some practical suggestions for retrofitting ‘hard to treat’ properties.
They will also share insights on customer research by Orbit on climate change and energy efficiency works and explain how this, and their hands on experience to date, is helping to shape their approach to customer engagement for retrofit projects.
The presentation will last about 20/25 minutes, leaving plenty of time for what we hope will be a lively and interactive discussion session after.
