This session will focus on the potential risks associated with the use of motorised mobility scooters in buildings which contain lifts; it will give some practical advice and guidance to help you recognise and minimise the potential risks and keep your tenants safe.

There have been a number of recent fatalities to people who have accidently collided with lift doors with a motorised mobility scooter and fallen into the liftwell.

This session will endeavor to show that travelling in and around lifts with motorised mobility scooters need not be a risky business.
