The mobilisation phase of a contract is critical for it’s future success; but what are the critical factors in a successful mobilisation? Workshops? Core groups? Checklists? This session goes beyond planning and control to discuss what we are really trying to achieve when we mobilise a contract and who it affects.

We will explore, through a recent major contract mobilisation, best practice and attempt to answer questions like:

When should mobilisation start and end?

Who should take responsibility for mobilising a contract?

How can process change influence a team’s behaviour?

Why mobilisation should not be the "Cinderella" phase of a project?
