The sector is well used to managing the specific requirements of the Gas Safety regime, but in the brave new regulatory world, there is a greater emphasis on social landlords identifying the risks themselves, establishing a strategic approach to managing them and being able to assure their boards that compliance is being achieved. This session will set out a route map for understanding the risks and identifying the actions that are required to achieve compliance, while establishing a framework for measuring and certifying compliance.
