Radian, as recognised leaders in sustainability and innovation, has shifted from the use of technology to deliver carbon and cash savings towards behaviour change amongst residents. Our experience is that technology has a significant part to play. However, installation and application of technology has a finite return – we can share our experiences of the successful and not so successful technologies we have implemented and also share our experience of the impact, value and outcomes from our behaviour change strategy.  In devising our approach we reviewed what others were doing and also what their outcomes have been. Learning from this we now have robust and effective processes integrated with our other cross department activities.
