This will be a joint session from Grainger plc and echelon and will provide an overview of how we have developed a repairs service for the UK's largest listed Private Landlord. This will include details of how a bespoke service was developed for different tenure types, how the Price per Property model was developed and operates, how Property Condition Assessments are being utilised and the procurement process used. The session will demonstrate how efficiencies have been driven through the new model and describe some of the lessons learnt to date.
