Does social enterprise have a role to play in professional maintenance? What’s in it for us? -  Working with a partner Housing Association, we will discuss the development of social enterprise in the affordable housing sector. We will provide examples of the progress made towards social enterprise delivering a real impact on asset management and maintenance. We will examine what needs to happen to effect real change, and how organisations are trying to make it so. Wrap this up in the Social Value Act and how your organisation can extract the most reward on behalf of your communities and we have an interesting and effective workshop.
