Booking information:

Please note that you can use this form to book places for multiple delegates.

We limit bookings to three delegates per organisation. Please email training@m3h.co.uk if you would like to put further names on the waiting list.

Trainees will receive confirmation of their booking. Attendance instructions will be issued ten days before the event. We will contact the named trainee by email unless you stipulate otherwise. A VAT invoice will be issued upon receipt of the booking form. Full payment must be received before the event.

Additionally, by submitting the booking form, you agree that M3 will need to hold and process the personal data submitted for the purpose of this booking.

If you cancel a booking you will be charged the following cancellation fees:

2 months before the date of the training day: 25%

1 month before the date of the training day: 50%

14 days before the date of the training day: 100%
