Peter Gracia is Managing Director of Gracia Consult Ltd which provides dispute resolution, procurement and commercial support to both public and private sector clients. Having begun his construction career on the drawing boards he undertook a building surveying degree followed up with a law degree when he began to specialise in construction contracts. Having spent ten years as a senior consultant with an international firm he was fortunate enough to be involved in a wide variety of projects both in the UK and overseas. Having taken a particular interest in European procurement legislation this allowed Peter to advise on a number of framework agreements for the public sector as well as works involving highways, housing maintenance and development, construction and refurbishment of public buildings etc. Also having 7 years experience of lecturing in construction allows him to deliver a range of construction contract and procurement related seminars.
