Naomi Goode, partner in Lewis Silkin LLP's Social Housing Department, practices exclusively in the social housing sector. She advises registered social landlords on a wide range of work, including rationalisation, asset management, regeneration and governance. Naomi has considerable expertise advising RSLs on the legal aspects of stock rationalisation. Together with Savills and Red Loft LLP, she formed the Stock Rationalisation Service, a one-shop providing a smooth disposals process and generating the highest receipt for the client, whilst addressing the requirements of the local authority and residents.
