Guy Giles is the Operations Manager for DigiTV - Looking Local. As one of the former ODPM sponsored National Projects, DigiTV (owned by Kirklees Council) launched in September 2003 and is focused on delivering a viable, working solution for local government keen to exploit digital interactive TV and mobile phones as additional channels for service delivery.

With 12 years of management consultancy and software development experience in the public and private sector, Guy has a passion for delivering public services on these emerging channels which are set to witness fundamental changes to the way citizens interact with government and the wider public sector over the next five years.

In whatever spare time he has, Guy enjoys playing squash, music and the challenges of fatherhood!
