Getting there

By Train:

Warwick Parkway station is around 10 miles from the hotel.

Stratford-upon-Avon station is a short taxi ride or 20-minute walk from the Crowne Plaza.

By Car:

From the north-west (Stafford, Stoke, Manchester, Liverpool):

M6, A452, A4177 and A46 to Warwick Rd/A439. Follow A439 to the hotel.

From the south-west (Worcester, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Bristol):

M5, M42 south and M40. Leave M40 at Junction 15 and follow signs to Stratford-upon-Avon. At junction 15, take the A429 exit to Warwick/Stratford/Coventry/A46 and follow Warwick Road/A439 to the hotel.

From Birmingham International Airport:

Take the M42, M40 to Budbrooke, Exit 15 from M40 to A46 and Warwick Rd/A439.

Registration & accommodation

If you are attending from Monday 22 January 2024, please report to the hotel reception on arrival to store your luggage until check-in at 5.00 pm. 

Hotel rooms are available after 5.00 pm only, please collect your keys from the hotel reception. 

Early delegate registration is also available after 5:00 pm - 8:00pm on Monday 22 January at the NHMF reception desk.

Registration re-opens at 09.00 on Tuesday 23 with refreshments available in the exhibition area.
