Following the collapse of a new build contractor, The Radian Group took the bold step of assuming responsibility for the site and, using their DLO expertise, created a team to complete the development. The successful completion of the site gave them confidence to repeat the process with a second bankrupt project. This is an ultimate showcase example of maintenance and development working together.
