Against the backdrop of a radically changing environment for housing professionals, Ridge has been working with a number of clients to develop solutions to the challenges of the Welfare Reform and Housing & Planning Bill. Effective Asset Management is one of the principle mechanisms for addressing these challenges. This workshop will focus on the practical steps that housing professionals can take to improve asset management and performance. The session will draw on experience from the commercial sector as well as best practice examples from housing. Areas that will be covered include business plan reviews, viability modelling, repairs and maintenance models.
