Since the publishing of Hackitt Review there has been a requirement for a more thorough and transparent approach to fire safety that fully involves our residents. Looking into the challenges, culture, processes and approaches to fire compliance activities will require social housing providers and their partners to work even closer together. Since the Grenfell tragedy there has been an ever increasing requirement for management of risk in maintenance and the impact on the residents. The session will look to discuss these requirments as well as draw on the ongoing work at organisations such as Hyde Housing, TPAS and PML Group to mitigate the risks to residents now and for the future.
