The Gender Pay Gap is not a fad and it will not go away. Diversity and inclusion matters more than ever; with up to four generations working in organisations there are demands for different ways of working and organisations have to respond to this. Evidence shows that companies with more diverse workforces perform better financially and when committing to diverse leadership they experience increased success in:

  • Improving customer experience
  • Increasing employee satisfaction and retention
