This session provides the Regulators views on “what compliance looks like” in respect of the management of the risks associated with asbestos-containing materials in rented accommodation and the provision of social housing. It seeks to clarify the extent of the duty in both the non-domestic and domestic parts of housing and set out how the HSE may assess compliance of Landlords and other duty holders during an intervention.
