After conducting an options appraisal, echelon Consultancy worked with Wealden District Council to create a tailored delivery model to meet its requirements and priorities. Taking an original approach to the Competitive Dialogue procurement process, echelon is now supporting Wealden to appoint four partners under the new delivery model, which is focused on the council’s core aims of delivering locally and genuine collaborative working. Key features will include shared IT, call centre and customer service solutions, plus joint working on social value.
