This workshop will inform delegates of the reasons for forming CHIC, we will explain why two consortiums, CHIC and Efficiency East Midlands are working together and what advantages this wider collaboration will bring.  We will explain why we are doing things a little differently; procuring labour separately from materials and letting contracts not frameworks. We will explain how our approach helps smaller companies and DLOs to be competitive. We do believe that this partnership approach is going to pay real dividends and we will present the evidence to prove it.
