For those involved in social housing maintenance and asset management, Southwest HAMMAR is the forum for sharing information, improving knowledge and communicating with like-minded people in this field.
Join us for this FREE* Technical Seminar Day, hosted by HAMMAR Southwest.
This promises to be a packed program themed around Healthy Homes, Retrofit, the new Warm Homes Plan, HHSRS + new Decent Homes standard, as well as a review of Awaab’s Law and its implementation practically.
An additional focus upon asbestos compliance will incorporate updates re stricter regulation/the HSE CAR 2012 review changes, followed by an interactive ‘volunteer’ non-licensed works task demonstration.
