Paul Reader

Partnership Director, Morgan Sindall Property Services

Paul has been a Director of both regional and national maintenance contractors and is former Chair of the National Housing Maintenance Contractor Forum.

With over 30 years’ experience in housing maintenance, he has worked for many years driving best practice in the sector and has contributed to best practice publications by the NHF on maintenance and asset management. He also works as an advisor to Inside Housing magazine on repairs and maintenance and sits on the board of PROCAT helping to drive social value within the industry. Paul is currently working with HouseMark on best practice clubs and how information technology can improve efficiency in maintenance.

Paul’s role as Partnerships Director at Morgan Sindall involves working with clients in delivering innovation and best practice.
