NHMF Announces Best Practice Awards Shortlists
The wait is over and the results are in for the NHMF Annual Best Practice Awards and Maintenance Conference.
The judges reported a large number of high calibre entries across the 9 categories this year, including 3 which are new for this year and recognise key priorities within the social housing maintenance sector.
The focus of the annual NHMF Awards is to celebrate the organisations, partnerships, projects and individuals that are raising standards together across housing maintenance and asset management – the theme of the January event.
The aim is to celebrate innovation, collaboration, value for money, resident benefit and lasting impact with the alongside ideas and approaches that can help form best practice ideals to drive improvement across the wider housing sector.
