Celebrating a product, technology or digital solution that is helping to raise standards across housing maintenance and asset management. Judges will look for innovation that delivers measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, safety, sustainability, resident experience or value for money, while demonstrating strong potential to support collaboration, best practice and positive sector-wide impact

Compliance, Building Safety & Quality

Celebrating organisations or projects that are raising standards in compliance, health & safety, building safety and quality assurance. Judges will look for proactive approaches to risk management, resident safety, regulatory excellence and quality control, alongside evidence of a positive safety culture that builds confidence and trust with residents, colleagues and stakeholders.

Sustainability & Net Zero

Celebrating initiatives that are raising environmental standards through decarbonisation, retrofit, energy efficiency, sustainable asset management or environmental innovation. Judges will look for practical delivery, measurable impact, collaboration across the supply chain and tangible benefits for residents, communities and the wider sector.

Social Value Impact

Celebrating organisations, teams or initiatives that are raising standards through community investment, employment and skills initiatives, local partnerships or wider social impact programmes. Entries should demonstrate how social value activity has delivered measurable benefits for residents, communities and the wider organisation.

Judges will look for evidence of long-term impact, collaboration, inclusion and meaningful outcomes that strengthen communities and support the wider housing sector.

People Development & Skills

Celebrating organisations that are raising standards through investment in people, skills and workforce development. Judges will look for innovative approaches to recruitment, training, apprenticeships, leadership, inclusion, wellbeing and future talent development that strengthen both organisations and the wider housing maintenance sector.

Partnerships

Celebrating partnerships that are raising standards together through exceptional collaboration between landlords, contractors, consultants, suppliers, SMEs or resident groups. Entries should demonstrate shared goals, trust, innovation and measurable outcomes that improve services, strengthen relationships and deliver lasting value for residents and communities.

Women in Housing Maintenance & Asset Management

Celebrating a woman who is raising standards through outstanding leadership, contribution, innovation or advocacy within repairs and maintenance, investment, asset management or building safety. The category recognises both operational and strategic delivery, including innovation in transformation, service improvement and resident-focused change.

Judges will look for individuals making a positive and lasting impact within their organisation, supporting inclusion and inspiring future talent across the sector.

Customer Engagement

Celebrating organisations, teams or initiatives that are raising standards through strong customer and resident engagement across housing maintenance and asset management. Entries should demonstrate innovative approaches to engagement that deliver tangible resident outcomes and improved services.

Judges will look for evidence of collaboration, inclusion and measurable impact, alongside how technology, data and customer insight are being used to inform investment decisions, shape services and improve the resident experience.

Rising Star

Celebrating an individual at apprentice, trainee or early-to-mid career level who is raising standards through exceptional commitment, professionalism, leadership potential, innovation or impact within housing maintenance or asset management. Judges will look for passion, progression, contribution to their organisation and clear potential to become a future leader within the sector.
