NHMF Chair & Head of Asset Compliance, Anchor Hanover
Karl Linder is currently the Head of Asset Compliance for Anchor Hanover, the largest specialist housing provider in England who provide a range of housing tenure types for 60,000 residents. Karl manages a range of compliance services to ensure all Anchor Hanover residents live in safe and secure homes. Karl has been a member of the National Housing Maintenance Forum since 2006 - the sector's leading exponent of best practice in Social Housing Asset Management. He has been Chair since January 2018. Karl has worked in the social housing sector for 25 years, and is also a member of the Group Board and Audit Committee at a Tenant Management Organisation based in Walsall and Lambeth.
